WHAT HAPPENS IF I TAKE TWO TYPES OF GOOD DAY CHOCOLATE SUPPLEMENTS AT THE SAME TIME?

two you mix. It wouldn't be helpful to take and Energy and
Sleep together, but a Calm, to ease your mind, and a Sleep
Supplement together should have you counting sheep in no
time! Little known fact, our Calm and Energy products go
well together with Calm taking the edge off of Energy's
caffeine without dulling it energy-promoting affects.
ARE THESE SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Melatonin is a natural hormone sometimes recommended by
pediatricians. Our pieces contain 1mg per piece so we
recommend only one (1) piece as a serving for children. We
encourage all our parents and customers to consult with a
physician about long-term use of melatonin with kids.
DO GOOD DAY CHOCOLATE SUPPLEMENTS CONTAIN DAIRY?
We have Sleep formulations for Adults in both dairy and dairy
free options! Sleep 1mg comes in both dark and milk
chocolate, while our Kids Sleep and Adult 3mg and 5mg are
only available in milk chocolate. All of our products are made
with Fair-Trade chocolate.
HOW MANY CHOCOROCKS ARE IN ONE POUND?
Great question! There's about 75 pieces per ounce, so that
makes 1,200 per pound.
WHY CAN'T I SAMPLE SLEEP FROM YOUR DEMO TABLE?
Because it really works! With 1mg melatonin per piece, we
wouldn't want you falling asleep on your way home. Instead,
try some yummy CALM; it tastes similar to SLEEP, but won't
cause drowsiness, just relaxed. We recommend no more
than four pieces of SLEEP before bedtime. If you're new to
using melatonin, start with just one or two pieces.
I THOUGHT CHOCOLATE HAD CAFFEINE. HOW CAN SLEEP CHOCOLATE REALLY WORK?
Trust us, it does, and here's how: We use milk chocolate to
create the SLEEP product. Milk chocolate has very little
naturally occurring caffeine. This means the effect of the 1mg
of melatonin per piece far outweighs the small amount of
caffeine in the milk chocolate, hence its ability to pleasantly,
safely, and effectively take you to dreamland.
MY CHILD'S DOCTOR PRESCRIBES MELATONIN FOR HIM/HER. CAN I GIVE SLEEP CHOCOLATE TO MY CHILD?
Again, this is a decision that should be made by you and
your pediatrician on your child's behalf. We created our
dietary supplement products for adults, so we don't market
them to children. For reference, each milk chocolate SLEEP
piece includes 1mg of melatonin.
ARE GOOD DAY CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS NON-GMO?
Yep, only non-GMO ingredients, always!
IS THERE SUGAR IN GOOD DAY CHOCOLATE SUPPLEMENTS?
Yes, but not much. There are only 8g per four-piece serving
-just enough to create our yummy treats convenient candy
shell, but no more.

We use fruit and vegetable concentrates and other natural
sources like Spirulina to color our products-no artificial
anything in our coatings! The non-GMO shells add a splash
of color and flavor, and help keep the pieces from melting, so you can take them on the go.
WHAT'S IN ENERGY THAT MAKES IT WORK?
We make each piece of ENERGY with 20mg of caffeine from green tea-one box is like two cups of coffee. We've added the bonus of B vitamins, amino acids, and dark chocolate to give you a smooth boost in a delicious treat.
