These Terms apply to consumer purchases made through the Website. Wholesale, distributor, and retail accounts are subject to separate agreements.

1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order—it simply acknowledges that we received it. Your order is not final until it ships. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order after it has been placed, even if payment has already been processed. If we cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a prompt refund.

Once an order is placed, it generally cannot be canceled. If shipment is unavoidably delayed, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. PST on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Payment Terms and Taxes

Payment must be received before we accept an order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept most major credit cards. By submitting payment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that you agree to pay all charges incurred, including sales tax where applicable.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship orders using varying shipping companies and methods. Deliveries are made Wednesday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

During warm weather (85°F and above), we use insulated packaging and ice packs to protect shipments. If temperatures are expected to reach 100°F or higher in transit, shipments may be delayed until safe delivery conditions are possible.

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for product condition during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist with a replacement and file a claim with the carrier.

All sales are final except in cases of damage during shipping. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of edible products.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew and that your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You will be charged the subscription price in effect at the time of renewal, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
